Who We Can Support

Pembrokeshire Counselling Service provides free short term person-centred counselling to people living in Pembrokeshire who are aged 18 years or over. Counselling is provided face-to-face in safe premises around the county and remotely using Zoom, WhatsApp or telephone.
We provide confidential and secure counselling to the Pembrokeshire community in the course of six sessions for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues which could commonly include:

Self-Esteem

Social
Difficulties

Obsessive Behaviours

Stress & Grief

Family Dynamics

Anger Issues

Leave an answerphone message at 01437 768708 or complete our online client referral form .

Assessment

You will be contacted by a Pembrokeshire Counselling Service telephone assessor to assess your situation

Waiting List

You will be added to our waiting list and/or signposted to other agencies that could help you

Support

When you approach the top of the waiting list you will be contacted by your counsellor and an appointment will be arranged
